About Me

I was born and raised in South Florida. I have a bachelor's degree in public relations (Go Canes!), a bachelor's degree in psychology, and am working on my master's in speech-language pathology. I'm sure all those degrees can work together, right!? 

My best friend proposed to me, after 5 years of dating, this past summer in Greece. 

I'm Greek. No, I don't break plates. I don't like feta, or lamb, or ouzo. But, I love Greek music and Greek dancing!

I have one younger brother and the best parents who have been married 28 years!

I have one puppy child, Argos. He is the sweetest and yummiest dog ever!

As evident by my blog's name - I LOVE red velvet cake, cupcakes, pudding, ice cream, froyo...basically anything and everything red velvet. I'd probably even drink it, if that were possible!

I also have an unhealthy addiction to diet coke. It's bad. I know it's awful for me and I'm working on cutting down.

I love baking, cooking, decorating, crafting...I intend on crossing off a lot of my pins this year!
